Good morning all,

I have a user that when she prints out some emails from certain people only
the header shows up and the body does not. Her settings are the exact same
as mine and I can print the same email from the same person with no issues.
I couldn't find anything wrong so I upgraded her from Office 2K to Office XP
Pro. Same issues. I also re-loaded all her print drivers incase it was a
driver issue. Anyone have any thoughts?

Are these messages in HTML? HTML messages are rendered and printed by
