Default outlook business contact manager and existing outlook data

I have a new computer where I just installed office pro 2003 and outlook
business contact manager. How should I import my outlook data from my old
computer which has outlook with out business contact manager. Can I just
copy over the pst file to the new computer or is it a different process?

Thanks.
