When I receive an email internally that is in plain text and then
print it, the email contents are printed sideways and vertically (think the matrix). The odd thing is, the email header is printing fine. This only occurs when the message is plain text. Printer is a network HP 8150 which others print to and have no problems. Outlook removed and reinstalled and user's outlook profile deleted and reconfigured.
