Brian,
It's Word 2002, SP3 which used to work just fine with my OE 6. I performed a Help Detect Repair on Word but OE doesn't have that option. Outlook works fine by itself. What sort of mail profile are you talking about? I don't see that anywhere. Mike "Brian Tillman" wrote in message ... OK, Brian. Within Word and with a document open I click on File Send To Mail Recipient (as attachment). It's at that point that I get the "Logon failed......" message. Just to make sure, are your versions of Word and Outlook identical? Have you configured Outlook so that it works properly by itself? Have you tried HelpDetect and Repair in either Word or Outlook? Have yuo tried a new mail profile? -- Brian Tillman |
