Default Audible incoming mail notification

Hello,

I know this is beyond the scope of this NG but I'm sure there is a Guru out
there working on this feature or already know a solution:

Featu Incoming Voice Mail Notification

When the email arrives a voice reads and announces the FROM and/or the
SUBJECT line in audible plain English.

TIA for you input,

Manny
