I got a laptop for Christmas (which I love), and I'm using Outlook for email.
My problem is that attachments (Word documents, images, JPEG's) are not received by Outlook Express users. The text goes through, but there is no sign of an attachment. Any help? Dell wanted to charge me $99 to answer the software question. Thanks, Rebecca |

To change the format go to Tools | Options | E-Mail-Format Dell wanted to charge me $99 to answer the software question. Exploiter! :-) -- Best Regards Christian Goeller |

Thank you SO much! That was the only setting that I could figure out that it
would likely be, but I wasn't for sure. That change in settings did the trick! Much Appreciation, Rebecca "Christian Goeller" wrote: rentrekin, you wrote on Sun, 19 Feb 2006 14:03:26 -0800: I got a laptop for Christmas (which I love), and I'm using Outlook for email.
