old contacts are missing
I just installed office 2003 with outlook 2003 & now my old contacts are gone
& old e-mails I was saving. Can I get them back?

Yes.
How did you install this version? Did you back up your data? Installing never deletes data. The file you need is your Personal Folders file (*.pst) It's where all the mail, calendar, contacts etc are stored.
