I am trying to export emails from my old (but still active) email account. I
have updated to microsoft xp on my home computer and have a whole range of import/export options. When I use the web to log on to my old work email account and try to export my email, the import/export wizard only allows importing and exporting of favorites and cookies. Help |

Sounds like you're using the Import and Export command in Internet Explorer, not the one on Outlook's File menu.
