Default MESSAGE CLOCK

Over the last 48-hours or so, my outlook is showing incorrect time when
messages are received. In some cases it even shows the time as ahead of what
is the local time even though the user who sent me the mail is local. Any
ideas or is this ISP related? Thanks in advance.

Time stamps are set by mail servers. I would check with your ISP and the
senders if this is happening with only one sender. Otherwise, contact just
your ISP.

Well I made contact with my ISP and it looks like there is a problem with
their servers!

Yes, time stamp problems are normally an ISP issue or an issue with a
corporate mail server if receiving mail through them. It is almost never an
Outlook problem as Outlook does not issue time stamps except for Received
times.
