Do you have a question? If yes, then post the question along with your version of Outlook, the account type, and what folder you are seeing this in. -- Milly Staples [MVP - Outlook] Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. I have Outlook2000 and I see I have no email.

You need to set up a mail account to see a send/receive button.
