Default How do I create a custom fax template?

I would like to create a fax template so that when I click on someone's
fax number in Outlook, a fax template appears and is auto-populated
with the contact's name, fax number, and possibly other custom data.

How would I go about doing this? I just recently purchased Outlook
2003 with Business Contact Manager.

Thank you!

I would, too, but none is capable of it.
Neither is Outlook. And integration with fax software has been eliminated
from Outlook after this version.
It should be a simple thing to do through integration with Word. For all the
emphasis Office places on the benefits of "integration" between its
programs, the really useful things are never provided. This is a most
frequent request. It will be ignored in the next version as well, I suspect.
But do keep asking. You never know when they might listen. In the meantime,
keep looking for those third party add-ins.

That would be a function of your FAX software, I would think.
