This is the process - Our customer ) sends and e-mail to the
owner of the company ). Whenever the owner of the company
receives e-mail from our customer , the e-mail should
automatically be forward to the owner's external e-mail )

How do I do this? I tried a forwarding rule and it didn't work. Do you
have any other suggestions on how to accomplish this?

What didn't work? That's how you'd have to do it. I'd use a condition of
"with specific words in the sender's address" or "from people or
distribution list", the first if it's from an outside address and the second
if from an internal address. The actions would be "forward it to people or
distribution list" and "stop processing more rules", plus a "move a copy to
the specified folder" action if I wanted to place those incoming messages in
a particular place.
