Hi,
I have recently come across a strange problem in Outlook 2003. A user wanted to copy 4 attachments to an email but when she was pasting the last two, she did so twice. She then removed the extra copies by highlighting them and hitting delete. She then sent the email out to the external recipient. For her files, she then printed the email and the attachment from her sent items, on doing so, she realised that two of the documents had the correct name but not the correct body of the document attached?? My only reasoning for this is that something screwed up with the clipboard?? Has anyone come across this and if so how did you correct it? We have been able to reproduce it ourselves. Thanks |
