Outlook 2003 shortcuts disappearing
I have several users who have lost their shortcuts in Outlook 2003. They
have created shortcuts and groups, and they stay for a while (sometimes several months), but at some point when they start Outlook the shortcuts and groups are gone. I also have many other users who use shortcuts and haven't had the problem. I've set up some utilities to back up and restore the xml file that stores the shortcuts, but I'd really like to figure out why they are disappearing. Any ideas?
