Your Word version must match your Outlook version or you cannot use Word as
editor. You can't use Word 2000 or XP with Outlook 2003. "matt clarke" wrote: when sending new e-mails using word as editor. on sending e-mail get error message saying interface not recgonised can any one help as i'm a new outlook user. |

While technically Mary is correct, I believe her statement doesn't apply to your case. I'll bet the message actually says "interface not registered", not "not recognized". Try this: click StartRun. Enter regsvr32 ole32.dll in the Open field and click OK. -- Brian Tillman |

I have struggled all day trying to figure out what happened to my outlook.... SO FRUSTERATING! Your help fixed in about 2 seconds. What caused this to happen in the first place? I figured since you had the soloution you mihgt know the cause too? Thanks a bunch. Marc |
