I am having the same problem, since about 2/13. using outlook 2000
Outlook is shutting down at very iregular intervals, sometimes right away, sometimes it will let me get away with a couple of hours of uninterupted use. The details on the error report show me: C:\DOCUME~1\****\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER599a.dir00\OUTLO OK.EXE.mdmp C:\DOCUME~1\****\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER599a.dir00\appco mpat.txt (**** instead of user name.) I have tried changing settings out AV software, that did not work. I have tried downloading windows updates, did not work. I have tried "detect and repair", nothing. if anyone out there has any ideas, please help. Thanks, Erez "ConnieD" wrote: Crofton, I am having the exact same problem with Outlook 2003. If I leave it open and go downstairs, when I return I have the send error report message. After sending the error report Outlook spontaneously opens back up. I had Outlook Connector installed and thought it might be the culprit, but after removing it, no change. Hope there is someone out there with an answer cause it is a real PITA. Best Regards, Connie "Crofton" wrote: Outlook 2000 has been crashing since it was first installed but usually only if running for extended periods, like overnight. It is now crashing (for the last couple of weeks) after a few minutes. No error message just the "do you want to send error report" message. I have downloaded updates (suggested by "Microsoft can fix the problem") at least two sets might be 3. I have "test & repaired" twice. Any suggestions? |
