Setting up Netscape as Outlook email account?

Netscape mail is even more proprietary than AOL and the only client you can use to read it (AFAIK without using a third-party application) is Netscape.

Setting up Netscape as Outlook email account?
Simply trying to use my Netscape Email and having trouble connecting.
Parameters are invalid. What am I missing? Am I suppose to setup Netscape the same as AOl?
