I receive messages repeated
For example a folder named John receives mails from John but also makes a
copy to the Inbox as well as more copies to the folder John. How can I fix this and receive only one? I keep deleting emails! Thank you!

I keep deleting emails! Thank you! Do you have rules set up for mail from John? If so, it sounds like there's a problem with the rule. What's in the rule? Have you tried re-creating it from scratch, to see where the problems might be?
