Default Outdated email addreses

I have changed email addresses for some of my contacts but their old email
addresses keep automatically appearing in the address line even though the
email address has been changed in contacts. How do I clear this old
information away?

Exit Outlook. Find and delete or rename the mailprofilename.NK2 file.
Restart Outlook.

For e-mail: Remove "NIX" and add "#VN" to Subject.

If you delete the profilename.nk2 file, all the previous information would
be lost.

If you just want to delete some of these email addresses which are
out-dated, you can just start pressing the down arrow in the keyboard and
when it points to the out-dated email address, hit the delete button. This
way, you can remove selected information from the .nk2 file.

Hope this helps!!!
