Default Need Help Disabling WinXP EFS Encryption for Outlook File Attachments

The problem is that any Outlook 2002 email attachment that I now receive is automatically
saved as a 'green' encrypted file, regardless of where I choose to store the file. I have
looked everywhere to see if I overlooked any folders when disabling all my EFS
folders/subfolders/files, but can not find any remaining 'green' folders or files.

Here is how things got this way:

I fooled around enabling Windows XP SP1 file encryption for several folders (including all
their subfolders and files) on my home desktop computer to see how EFS encryption works. I
am the only user of this machine with full administrator rights.

The folders were My Documents, my default temp folders, my default Outlook PST folder and my
default Temporary Internet Files.

So far so good for a few days.

I then disabled encryption for all the above folders/subfolders/files but any new (or old)
Outlook attached files continue to be saved as encrypted 'green' files.

Is there any way to undo this or am I doomed to forever manually unencrypted each new (or
old) Outlook 2002 file attachment after I have saved it?

Any help would be greatly appreciated ... thanks.

Check to see if any of these folders are still listed as encrypted:

Temporary Internet Files\Content.MSO
Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\________
