OE cannot start as MSOE.dll cannot beloaded
I'm getting the error message "OE cannot start as MSOE.dll cannot be loaded"
when I try to start OE. I've tried copying a backup copy of MSOE.DLL into C:\programfiles\outlook express\ without any success. Any advice please .and I don't want to lose my existing emails! Thanks, Peter
