We have computer with account attached to
MS Exchange server, and all the information is stored on the server. We have set up another profile on the computer, and now we want to transfer the data on the MS Exchange server to the new profile. |

Profiles don't contain information. Profiles contain settings for accounts and data stores. Tell us what accounts and data files are in the new profile.

In the new profile, there is not much of anything except

That doesn't tell us anything useful. Look in File | Data File Management and Tools | E-mail Accounts.
