Default Connected/Disconnected

One of our remote users keeps getting connected/disconnected messages within
Outlook 2003, when working remotely. The VPN connection is staying
connected. But Outlook keeps switching between connected/disconnected with
the Exchange 2003 server.

Any suggestions?

Andrew
