I found the following post that describes exactly the issue a couple of
our users (in Sales) are having, but it was more than 30 days old so I couldn't reply to it. http://groups.google.com/group/micro...d04787a07f64e1 The issue is that after an email that was typed in by hand with all the same font size (Arial 10) is sent, the recipient will sometimes see part of the message, usually an entire sentence, in a bigger font size (Arial 12). This can be embarrasing for our sales staff because it incorrectly looks like they are highlighting a certain sentence, sometimes with odd results. If the user goes into their Sent Items folder, the message that they just typed in all Arial 10 font will now have some of the body randomly in larger font. And this happens to messages at random. There doesn't seem to be any method to the madness. Does anyone have an idea what might be causing this? I know this sounds like it's out of left field, or probably user error, but I have confirmed the issue with two different users and found the link that I pasted in above where a dozen or so users were experiencing the exact same issue. We have the exact same setup as Evan in the other topic linked to above in that we have Exchange 2000 SP3 running on an W2K Server. Thanks in advance, Toby |
