Hi Group... When I create a new new message in Outlook 2003 and click on
the To... button I get the Select Names dialog box. Problem is, there are too many choices. Some of my contacts have multiple email addresses and they are listed multiple times. Is there a way I can just have the contact's primary address show in the Select Names list? I know about removing fax numbers to keep them out of the list, but now there are too many email address choices. Many thanks for any help or advice! Best regards! |

You'd have to remove the addresses from the contacts to get them to not show
