Default Outlook Address Books

System: Windows XP with Office 2000 sp3

Previously able to view other Address Books (eg. Act, other third party
apps) in Outlook and select the email address from the MAPI compliant
program. These dissapeared.

In Outlook 2003 these are viewable in Tools-Email
Accounts -Directory -add or view. In Outlook 2000 I am not able to view
Address Books to add.

Any help would be appreciated.

Is your Outlook 2000 running in Internet Mail Only mode? Check Help | About. And if so, see http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/choosingmode.htm
