Default Tasks

At what seems like random times...some of my Outlook Tasks will loose
their text formatting. So that when I open a task, all of the bold and
colored text (that I use to help track a project) is all plain text,
attachments are moved around...and some text gets lost in the process.

Anyone have any thoughts?

Aloha ,

I've never seen that particular behavior before. How large is your .PST
file?

I right clicked on my 'Mailbox' folder, and it's at 787KB (incl
subfolders).

Thanks for the help!

Mailbox? Are you using Exchange server? If so are you using it in cached
mode? (Tools | E-mail Accounts | View or Change | Microsoft Exchange Server)

Hmm...might try turning off cached mode, just as a test, and see if the problem
persists.
