error message that cannot connect to outgoing email server
I have a similar problem (started March 2, 2006). The error code is
somewhat different: 0x8004201A. I contacted my service provider and they indicated this may have to do with outlook conflicting with my internet security program. In fact I hav Norton Internet security 2006 and ran live-update the March 1, 2006 (the day before I am faced with the problem). Paul Broekaart
