Hello
I want to create a distribution list in Outlook 2003 with contacts that I have on a spreadsheet. This is what I know. In Outlook I click File IMPORT FROM ANOTHER PROGRAM OR FILE, Browse for the file, choose Contacts for the destination and done. But the trouble is it will throw it all in with all my other contacts. From what I can see in Help, I then have to create the distribution list and go into contacts to pick them off one by one into that list. Which will take a while and I can't be sure that I may leave any behind or take any that don't belong to the new list. Can someone please tell me how I can avoid mixing the Excel email list with the existing contacts in Outlook? I hope someone can help as it it getting urgent now. Thanks J |
