Unable to create outlook shortcut in the start menu: access denied
Hi
When I want to create a shortcut for Outlook in the start menu I get the message "Access Denied". Can anyone help? Thanks

When you install Outlook (you must have an Administrator account for that), the installation will automatically put a shortcut to Outlook on the Start menu. Do you have a "MIcrosoft Office" menu item? The installation should also put an Outlook shortcut on the QuUick Launch toolbar. Do you have that enabled? The installation did not add the outlook to Start menu. How do I enable it? Failing those, right-click the Start button and choose Explore. That should open your Start menu.
