How can I eliminate the "Today", "Yesterday", "Last Week", etc? I much
prefer the look of Outlook 2000. Thank you

You would need to edit the default "Messages" view. View Arrange By
Current View Define Views Select Messages in the table then the modify button. Select Other Settings Button. You are after the 2 check boxes in the Gridlines and Groups section (not quite 1/2 down).
