Default setting outlook 2007 as default mail client

I keep getting the error that outlook is not my default mail client. But in Internet Explorer\tool\internet options: Programs tab, Outlook is set for mail. Is there someplace else I need to check for this? Or is this a common bug in the 2k7 beta?

You can check two things:
Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs, Set Program Access and Defaults.
There is an option for the default e-mail program.
Run Office Diagnostics (Start, All Programs, Microsoft Office, Microsoft
Office Tools).
