I have a laptop that will occasionally somewhat freeze up in the middle
of creating a new email message. What happens is, when creating an email that includes inserts such as calendar appointments and tasks, the email will not save to draft. As long as this new email message is open, it will appear in the drafts folder, however if this email message is closed it will be deleted from drafts and does not give you the option to save. Furthermore, I am unable to send this email message or save this draft email in other formats such as web page or doc. What makes this problem even stranger, is that I can't even copy paste this email to a new email message. Only thing I have found to fix this, is to delete whatever was inserted into the email and it will then allow me to use the email like normal. Is a reinstall or a reformat my only chance of possibly correcting this? |

What kind of mail account(s) do you use? |
