Default Outlook 2003 shuts down on initial startup

I do not get an error message only the question asking if I want to send it
to Microsoft. This seems to happen almost every time I start my computer (I
have Outlook open at startup).

And if you remove from startup and start OL after the pc has finished
starting does the problem still occur?
When you restart OL after the msg are there any other err/info msgs?

make sure you always send the errors when asked - it will help Microsoft fix
the problem.

does the error happen if you start outlook later?
