Default Multiple "Personal Folder" entries

I have Outlook 2003, fully updated. I have multiple entries of Personal
Folders in the folder list in Outlook. They all seemingly point to the same
PST (C:\Documents and Settings\Cecil\Local Settings\Application
Data\Microsoft\Outlook\Outlook.PST). I can't close any of them, but I can
check out the Properties, however, when clicking on Advanced (even on the
original first one), I get an error message saying "The Operation Failed. An
object could not be found".

First of all, how do I remove the multiple entries?
