Default Newsreader into Outlook 2003

Paul Soelberg wrote:

I went through the procedure of integrating the Outlook Express
Newsreader into Outlook 2003. However, when I click on "News," I get
a window showing files in a folder titled "1033." That's a subfolder
in MSMAPI, etc.

Sometimes, "News" doesn't even appear in the Outlook toolbar.
