I have a user who works for two separate organizations, both geographically
and separate networks. Both organizations luckily use MS Outlook. I would like to create one shared appointment calendar so both organizational groups can view and update information on the calendar. Access would be limited to only a few authorized administrators. What is the best approach to accomplish this in Outlook? What would be a good reference to read and learn about this? |

Probably not possible but post in an Exchange group.
-- Milly Staples [MVP - Outlook] Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. All unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without reading.
