I have to click send /receive to receive mail that may have been sent to me
hours ago. Is there a setting when e-mail is sent it to me it will go directly into my Inbox, instead of me waiting to click send/receive?? |

Check under Tools for polling interval (send/receive) automatically check
for mail. Do not set for less than 10 mins. Because an email was sent at eg 10:00 doesnt neccessarily mean you will receive it at 10:05, email is not an instant media.
