My outlook setup consists of a dozen information stores, and to keep an
eye on what has to be followed up in some of them, I create a search folder looking for flagged items, and add a shortcut to it in my shortcuts. My problem is that if I exit outlook (in a clean way, file-exit, and then check in the task manager that outlook.exe is gone), and start it again, the shortcuts are gone. Same thing if I reboot the laptop. Any hints, solutions? Thanks |

I should add that I don't want to use the /resetnavpane command switch:
It just resets everything, destroying all my customizations, it's too radical a way to clean up. |
