When the recipient opens the message, it notifies them that a receipt has
been requested and asks if they want to send it. I direct people to NEVER
send these notifications, and to also not request them from people they send
messages to. I also recommend setting Outlook to automatically deny sending
receipts without even asking (Tools-Options-Email Options-Tracking
Options-Never send a response).
