Hi, I send an email to a particular email address on a semi regular basis,
which I then have to chase up at a later stage to find out the progress on a piece of work. What I would like to do, is automatically save the sent email in a particular folder on my laptop and set some sort of reminder automatically to contact them again in 7days time.. I have no idea if this can be done or how to do it if it can, can anyone help me please?? Regards John |

Saving the sent mail via rule into a specific folder is certainly possible. Consult the Rules Wizard for the steps required. A tool like http://www.slovaktech.com/extendedreminders.htm can provide the reminders for non-default folders. -- Brian Tillman |
