Hi All,
I tried the MS Office Outlook 2003 junk email feature but ran into the following problem: Even after adding a sender to blocked sender list, I was getting his email into my inbox, when it should have gone into the Junk Email folder. Why is that happening ? I have just one sender in that list, so there is no limit overflow trouble as such. Many thanks in advance.. FUnky |

Why is that happening ? If it's junk mail, chances are that the sender is using a different address every time it's sent. That's why blocked sender lists are so ineffective in combatting junk mail. -- Brian Tillman |

So, once I tried blocking myself and sending an email from my account, and second time I tried blocking one of my friend's ID and sending mail from his account. Both were downloaded to my inbox. |

Is this address in your Safe Sender's list? If so, that overrides the Blocked Senders list. -- Brian Tillman |
