i m in need of a way to check email every 10 seconds automatically --
and download it to the mailbox automatically , outlook express does
this but lowest time is 1 minute,
is there a plugin for outlook for this?

Or perhaps another program?

please help, its very important to me

No, there isn't, because most mail servers can't handle checks that often.
