Default i have two versions

I have microsoft outlook and microsoft outlook express, mainly using just the
normal outlook. I have received messages in both accounts yet when I am
trying to use outlook express I seem to be getting nowhere. Can you tell me
how I would make Outlook express my default e-mail service?
