Outlook Hangs with Open dialog
Whenever I want to add an attachment and try to navigate the open dialog
hangs for about 1 minute. Getting very frustrating. Please help... I have Outlook 2003 (11.8010.6568 sp2)

I'm having the same problem (file save as or open dialog freezes) with all

Outlook Hangs with Open dialog
Are you accessing a network drive? That is known to cause that, the Office
dialog is nowhere as fast in those cases as the Windows dialog.
