*Outlook Prof Home 2003* I have set up rules to move incoming mail from one
person or two people to a different folder (ex: move mail from joe or sally to 'friendlies' folder -or- move mail from mom to 'family' folder). These folders are under the 'personal folder' tree NOT under the inbox. Other rules are subject related (ex: where subject has words 'have received payment' move to 'receipt' folder -or- where subject is 'response to your site' move to 'site' folder). I find that the subject rules work 'most' of the time, yet are a bit fickle. The from certain person rules never work, even if I go to rules & alerts and 'run rule now' and check it. Rules are turned on. (big difference from ease of rules in OE!) Any suggestions as to how to get these rules to run automatically? Thank You~ |

I'm no beginner to this kind of thing, but Outlook certainly makes me feel like one. I canNOT get it to run rules automatically. CAN NOT. |
