I have created a template for a special kind of appointment, which I
would like everyone who shared the calendar to be able to use. It is fine if someone is logged on under the name of the calendar, but if they "View - Other users folder" I can't find how to make it accessible to them to create a new appointment (other than the default kind) If I give them the template and set it up properly on their PC, when they use it & save the appointment, it goes into their own calendar NOT the shared one. How do I set up this template so that everyone can use it easily, please? Any advice would be much appreciated, thanks Gill |
