Hi Kathleen,
Thanks for your reply. No error numbers, but the dialog box invites me to send Microsoft an error report. I usually do, but I haven't gotten any sympathy cards back. Yet. I'm concerned that I may be having soft errors on my laptop, but memory tests and disk tests don't find failures. Thanks, Gary. "K. Orland" wrote in message ... Hi Gary, Are there any error messages or numbers? Anything listed in your application event viewer? Any prompt to send the error message to Microsoft? -- Kathleen Orland Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ http://www.howto-outlook.com/ "Gary Sawyer" wrote: Hi, On my laptop (hp), Outlook 2003 generally works, but about once a day (sometimes more), I get an error dialog that says that Outlook has encountered a problem and needs to close. TIA, Gary. |
