Have reinstalled HD and trying to import .pst files. I go through the wizard
and in the click before finish, the imported Personal; Folder shows in the folder list. On hitting finish however it disappears. Whats happening? |

For some reason the archive and personal .pst files are 30 -40 kb each, and
theres nothing there! |

Then apparently whatever method you used to backup/copy these files has
caused corruption You are sure you are opening the correct files? "Trevor" wrote in message m... For some reason the archive and personal .pst files are 30 -40 kb each, and theres nothing there! |

It's been reformatted and reinstalled with Windows.

Probably not.
Why people believe they can only save their .pst file by importing/exporting is the 9th wonder of the world. What happens to simple logic where saving the .pst file is the last thing anyone thinks of for preserving their .pst file? It works with Word files, Excel files, program installation files, but when it comes to saving a .pst file, a chicken must be sacrificed, virgins defiled, dancing around beltane fires must be completed, and bodily tattoes must be scrived. -- Milly Staples [MVP - Outlook] Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact.
