Hi guys,
I am using outlook2003 with exchange 2000 under window server 2000. each mailbox I have created has 500mb limit. but there is one account facing a size error. when he enable the cache exchange mode, outlook start download mails to the *.ost from exchange, after 6-7 mails are downloaded, the "mailbox cleanup" is shown and told me the mailbox is full, and the send/receive status show error code 0x8004060C - which is told me the same thing - max size reached. But I have check his mailbox only have 19 mails with about 2MB size....... does any people experienced about this? Thanks a lot!! Regards, Eric |

Hi,
I checked from exchange system manager. I tried to delete the profile and recreate it again, and double check all related *.ost and *.pst not bigger than 2GB.. But failed also..... All relevant patches there, too?
Outlook 2003 on sp2? In my experience, Outlook cached mode works best with Exchange 2003, but I have not seen your issue on a single account. "Eric" wrote in message ...
