Default error on using "cache exchange mode"

Hi guys,

I am using outlook2003 with exchange 2000 under window server 2000.
each mailbox I have created has 500mb limit. but there is one account facing
a size error.

when he enable the cache exchange mode, outlook start download mails to the
*.ost from exchange, after 6-7 mails are downloaded, the "mailbox cleanup" is
shown and told me the mailbox is full, and the send/receive status show error
code 0x8004060C - which is told me the same thing - max size reached.

But I have check his mailbox only have 19 mails with about 2MB size.......

does any people experienced about this? Thanks a lot!!

Regards,
Eric

Where did you check this:
But I have check his mailbox only have 19 mails with about 2MB size.......

Did you recreate the profile at the client side (and deleting the .ost)?

Default error on using "cache exchange mode"

Hi,

I checked from exchange system manager. I tried to delete the profile and
recreate it again, and double check all related *.ost and *.pst not bigger
than 2GB..

But failed also.....

All relevant patches there, too?
Outlook 2003 on sp2?

In my experience, Outlook cached mode works best with Exchange 2003, but I
have not seen your issue on a single account.
